Please read these terms and conditions prior to purchasing a product or service from Music Monsters Live Ltd. By completing checkout & purchasing from Music Monsters Live Ltd., you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

NO RESALE OF SERVICE PERMITTED

It is not permitted to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the products and services (including course materials), or access to any courses or material. This agreement is not transferrable or assignable without Luke or Lauren Elliott’s prior written consent.

NO TRANSFER OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Music Monsters Live Ltd. copyrighted and original materials shall be provided to you for your individual use only and a single-user license. Use any of Music Monsters Live Ltd’s intellectual property shall not be authorised to be shared, copied, distributed, or otherwise disseminate any materials received from Music Monsters Live Ltd. electronically or otherwise without the prior written consent of Luke or Lauren Elliott. All intellectual property, including Music Monsters Live Ltd. copyrighted course materials, shall remain the sole property of Music Monsters Live Ltd. No license to sell or distribute Music Monsters Live Ltd. materials is granted or implied.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Music Monsters Live Ltd. services & products are used at your own risk. Luke and Lauren Elliott and Music Monsters Live Ltd. will not be held liable for any damages of any kind resulting or arising from, including but not limited to; direct, indirect, incidental, special, negligent, consequential, or exemplary damages happening from the use or misuse of the products or services.

COMMENTS, COMPLIMENTS AND COMPLAINTS

We strive to provide a high-quality service that meets your needs.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the service Music Monsters Live Ltd has provided, within the terms and conditions stated here, then in the first instance, please contact Luke or Lauren personally, who will try to resolve the dissatisfaction. They are fully insured in their work as music teachers and children’s activity providers. 

Refund policy

1. Return of digital products

1.1. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

1.3. We are unable to return personalised items unless they are faulty.

2. Refunds (if applicable)

2.1 Once your refund request is received, we will notify you of the status of your refund. 

2.2. Your original payment method will be credited. 

3. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

3.1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Sale items (if applicable)

4.1. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
